Environmental, Social and Governance

Sunvest Capital Partners founding team is passionate about creating a positive impact on society, through increasing diversity and inclusion.

Sunvest Capital Partners members are actively working with the next generation of talent, to encourage a more inclusive, representative and welcoming ecosystem. The founding members have each helped found, and today support, the steering of NGOs calling for more constructive conversation throughout the organization.

In 2015, Merav Weinryb was one of the two founding members of the Women Founders Forum, the first of its kind non-profit organization in Israel aimed at identifying, cultivating and mentoring the next generation of female founders of tech companies throughout the country. The organization has now worked with over 50 female leaders who have since gone on to play a major role in Israel’s technology ecosystem. Merav also sits on the Board of Directors of Tmura - an NGO which has generated over 25 million USD for education and other youth-related initiatives through high-tech Option donations.

Fiona Darmon is a member of the steering committee of the Emek Hashaveh Center for Conflict Resolution and Prevention, founded by Rav. Reuven Krueger, with a view to granting individuals the tools to manage conflict and differences of opinion in the home, in the workplace and in society. Founded in 2014, the organization has since helped hundreds of individuals to graciously and respectfully manage differences of opinion, enabling a more open dialog.  In 2022, Fiona also joined the Board of Directors of JGive, the leading NGO promoting giving back, through a widespread and innovative donation software platform.
